Fabulous flat in Edinburgh. Easy walking distance to the heart of the city but outside of the hustle, bustle and noise. Great restaurants located just around the corner and a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook at home. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for a great place to stay in the heart of Edinburgh.

Albany Lane was a lovely place to stay. The entire place was clean and decorated in such a cozy manner. The kitchen was well organized with dishes and cooking items. There was an abundance of teas and coffees. Soaps for washing of dishes was also available. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer available in the connected garage. The full baths with showers both upstairs and downstairs, which included all soaps, was a great plus. Plenty of towels were supplied. The beds were very comfortable.The location was so quiet and the outdoor garden is very well maintained. It would have been a lovely place to sit if the weather was a bit warmer. The host responded immediately to any of our inquiries.

Holiday visit to Edinburgh

From reserving the property to checking out, the process was very easy. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. This was one of the better VRBOs we have stayed in and would highly recommend it to others. It was very comfortable and such a nice place to come back to at the end of the day.

Edinburgh gem

This property did not disappoint. My daughter and I took our first adult holiday together and loved it. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Just close enough to everything and yet a quiet and secluded place to rest at the end of the day. Restaurants, coffee shops and groceries just a short walk away. We would definitely return.

Central Edinburgh with home comforts

Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. The tiny, but very pretty garden was lovely to sit out in the evening sun (yes we did get some). Only a couple of downsides - firstly the dining chairs - long back legs sticking out in a small space proved to be trip hazard for everyone - hopefully thta can be easily rectified. Secondly, our car (a Land Rover Discovery) was a couple of inches too long to fit in the garage, so we had to park in a multi-storey, in town - only a ten minute walk but an additional £150 cost for the week! If only the access steps up to the kitchen door had been in a slightly different position, we might have got it in. Overall, we'd highly recommend this property - but we would have to come by train next time.
