Only fault we had was when we arrived for check in I was informed about complimentary towels for pool ,As I hadn’t brought any swimwear for me and my husband I went shopping for some ,In morning there were signs up saying pool was closed for maintenance big disappointment for us as feel hotel would have been informed previously about this and wouldn’t have had to shop

The hotel is in a quiet area of Edinburgh and was easy to find. The staff were very helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. I got a great nights sleep. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit tired and could do with some new fixtures and fittings e.g. worn carpets. Given the price, it was very good value.

Property on the outskirts of Edinburgh. I picked it to avoid stratospheric prices in city centre over the weekend. The bus stop is across the road and you can normally get to the city centre in about half an hour but in traffic this can stretch. Check-in a bit chaotic. The hotel feels a little tired but generally ok. I wouldn't discourage people from staying here, but I wouldn't particularly encourage them either..
