No facturan correctamente

Las habitaciones están bien para descansar, lo que es muy deficiente es el servicio de facturación, el hotel no tiene teléfono para dar seguimiento a la solicitud de factura, proporcionan el del encargado y este si bien si contesta, no da soluciones, en mi caso, fuimos comisionados dos compañeros, con un dia de estancia diferido, oor lo.que se indicó claramente que serían dos facturas xon las fechas de entrada y salida de como se habian ocupado los cuartos, a lo que la factura que mandan juntan el costo del hospedaje como si hubiera sido una sola habitación y en los mismos días, al solicitar la corrección, el encargado argumento que el contador no podía hacer correcciones una vez expedida la factura
