I stayed here for one night during a business tip to Mexico. The location is very convenient, next to a big shopping mall. Federal police precense is heavy, so this is a very safe place to stay at and relatively easy to get to. The rooms are oldish and a bit stale, but the bed was good with clean sheets. Toiletries were available, but I would have appreciated more than a 300ml bottle of water for free as I had no intention of drinking tap water in Mexico. The restaurant downstairs was OK, but rather expensive considering the general price level. The bad part was the noise. Music, horns honking and constant clattering from garbage trucks or what ever does not guarantee a good night's sleep after a 12 hour flight. The door keycard worked about 30% of the time, which was less then reassuring.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and we felt safe staying there. The hotel was next to the LiverPool shopping mall which made it easy to access the food court which was a must with small kids. The staff was courteous and patient with our limited Spanish. Parking is free but is in the common parking lot, it is gated.
stay was OK but to many police people around the hotel and in the hotel this gives you a safety stay but to many people a re running up and down the whole day and you see only people in uniforms with their guns !
Close to shopping and restaurants, lots of Canadian and American chain stores and eateries with very good prices. Federalies are stationed there so it is very safe all day and night. Staff is friendly but with limited English
Located in the outskirts of the city. Nice hotel for quick stay. Room is spacious and comfortable but does need an update. WiFi is good. Restaurant on site but there is a mall behind the hotel with numerous restaurants.
good place to stay, need to check bathroom functions in every housekeeping tour; faucets and toilet water running. refrigerator will be a plus, will save ice machine. review has not to be long. minimum details could cover it.
The rooms are very clean, bed was very confortable, and location was good the mall its within walking distance. I will come back to this hotel on my next trip. The only down side is the buffet it has a lot of food but the price does not help. For the same price you can go somewhere else for two days lol
I been visiting this part of Mexico for more than 3 years, have had the option to change hotels but for the same reason I always go back and stay here, reason: Excellent Service from all the staff, CLEAN rooms, great food and located in a well area. Front desk and Managers are always trying to make my hotel experience the best, even though they see weekly, very consistent in what the offer. I am glad to see that there consistency is always there. Customer Service is always at its best. Food, excellent menu to dine in, also there morning breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen, and believe I've seen around. CLEANLINESS: Best rooms I've have had the pleasure in staying, always on top of things. FIesta Inn Ecatepec is the BEST place I stayed so far in my business trips to Mexico. Thanks, Carlos Soliz
Stayed here for a week on business, and found the hotel to be quite pleasant, with better than average service. I had many late nights working while staying here, and the restaurant was always available to order food late, which I found to be very convenient. And the food was quite good as well. Room was always well cleaned, and any requests I made were promptly addressed. Laundry service was very good, as was cleaning and restaurant staff. They were always able to find someone who spoke English to assist me in ordering. Will stay here again if the need arises.
I stayed here because I had an early flight from MEX airport, and was neither pleased or dissatisfied. The rooms appeared clean, the furniture is border line dated and the meals are very expensive. I solely stayed here due to a free night from capital one rewards but I got a good nights sleep. One of the perks is that there is a shopping center a minutes walk away, and also a Walmart around the corner. I recommending ditching their morning breakfast and go to sanborns across the street for a better meal. Enjoy!
