Downtown MainStreet Penthouse 2BR Alquiler de cinco estrellas con estacionamiento con vista principal

Este histórico edificio de piedra fue el edificio del Ejército de Salvación que se construyó en 1911. Está por encima de mi despacho de abogados y era nuestro alojamiento en Nueva York como un ático cuando se realizó una reconstrucción completa en 2009. Tiene vistas a la avenida principal justo al lado de Olde Tymers Cafe, y está a dos puertas al sur de Carvers en el centro de Durango. Es un alojamiento de cinco estrellas con un garaje cerrado para estacionamiento. En mi opinión, es el penthouse más hermoso del centro de Durango. Cuenta con comodidades de primera clase que incluyen una ducha de vapor y electrodomésticos de alta gama con hermosos pisos de bambú. Los muebles, cocina, lavadora, secadora, patio, balcón, son todos de primera clase. Tiene ventanas de doble acristalamiento que permiten un gran aislamiento y poco ruido. ¡Es el mejor lugar para ver desfiles en el centro! No te decepcionará. Este ático y su garaje tienen otro VRBO (212471) para alojamiento adicional para sus invitados (apartamento de lujo de 1 dormitorio sobre el garaje) que también se puede alquilar junto con esta unidad. Acaba de salir al mercado y se espera que mi permiso VRBO City of Durango sea aprobado el 3 de junio de 2019.

Second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location! It is a beautiful penthouse apartment on Main St. All of downtown Durango is right out the front door. The parking garage is a huge asset and enabled us to easily head out to explore hiking , hot springs, and find golf courses. Very modern and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing adventure in Durango. Bobby was very helpful with the few questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Main Street Penthouse and we enjoy it every time. It’s so much fun to be right in the middle of downtown, yet the place is very quiet and private. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the garage is a big plus for us as we travel with bikes and love the security of leaving them in the van, in the garage. We will also book a few days at the Penthouse whenever we are in town.

You won't find a better place to stay than here. Location was perfect - right on Main. In the heart of everything. A little tricky getting through doors to access it but don't let that stop you. Very very nice.Can't wait to come back.
