"
1. Upon check-in, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This is a major security and privacy violation that should never occur.
2. Despite my reservation specifically requesting two queen beds, I was provided a room with only one king bed. This forced me to sleep on the floor.
3. The room was not clean. The floors were visibly dirty, which was particularly problematic given that I had to sleep on them.
4. The toilet was malfunctioning and would not flush without manually lifting the tank lid.
5. Your staff was unprofessional throughout my stay. One staff member didn't even remove her over-the-ear headphones while speaking with me at the front desk."
