There was black mold in the bathroom. Dirty around the facility. Privacy door between rooms did not work. Shower head was broken.

I wasnt too bad but expected different.

Pool was dirty, elevator smelled like a dirty vaccume bag, room had lady bugs and fleas, fridge was so iced up it barely worked, 1 key didnt work the entire 2 day stay,bathroom tile had a soap scum ring in the shower, evening staff not very welcoming, trash in the fold out bed, unexpected fee but will be revered if nothing is wrong upon check out. It was quiet. Waitstaff for breakfast was nice.

This hotel is one of the worse places I have stayed in. It looks like it needs to be totally gutted and rebuild. The carpeting all over is well worn and dirty, especially in the room I had. The bathroom shower door had mold around the frame and was at best OK overall. I wouldn't bet money that the sheets were even changed after the last guest.Also there was nothing said in their web site about the extra $50 dollar hold fee just in case something happens to the room. It isn't a question of the money, it's the fact that you don't know about that until you arrive. Of course it was dropped from the charges at checkout. I will not be staying in any more Hilton hotels any time soon. I would give them an overall poor rating. Give me a Holiday Inn Express any day.

Great experience at this property. Had some family heath issues and had to depart early. The staff was very friendly and helpful to ensure we were taken care of.
