Hotel was ok.. we were right by the elevators so we were woke up several times until about 2 am. Also, traffic noise outside our room was quite loud. Sleeping was not the greatest until about after 2 am. Just something to consider if you are there on the weekend.

The hotel was in a safe location and the shower water was hot.The pictures of the room are nicer. The floors and walls in the room were dirty. The refrigerator was not cold at all and wouldn’t turn cold. I needed a refrigerator for my medication. I had to use to the ice bucket inside the fridge to store my medications. Ballet parking is $40! Then when they brought my car it’s like they left the window down or they pushed snow onto both the driver and passenger seats. I had to drive 6 hours with wet jeans and seat.

The staff was very kind. However, the hotel was very outdated and dirty. Our bathroom was falling apart, the carpet in between the beds was filthy, when the heat came on it smelled the room like sewer. The hot water took forever to actually turn hot. We ended up getting up early and leaving because the smell of the room was so awful. I would highly recommend investing another couple hundred dollars and staying across the street.

Great staff. Love the design of the room. Smelled great with the cedar spray. Problem is the doors aren’t pressurized. So when everyone wakes up and leaves all you hear is slamming doors all morning. Having said that I will stay again. I’ll just plan to not be sleeping in.
