Breakfast was fair for a cheap hotel. Those are the worst beds I have ever slept on. The AC didnt keep my room cool and it was LOUD. It might have only been my room but it rattled all night and would every so often get louder for a few minutes. And the chair wasnt cleaned from previous users.

We ordered several rooms through Hotels.com because we were in town for a family wedding.When I booked it, I forgot to mention that we had an elderly person who struggled with stairs with us. There are no elevators on the property, and unfortunately they had booked the last 1st floor room earlier in the day. However, when the Front Desk Manager saw that my Mother-in-law required a walker and/or wheelchair to get around, he contacted someone and convinced them to change rooms with us. We are forever grateful for this act of kindness. I wish I had thought to ask for the name of the individual who helped us.
