Not an ounce of flexibility on check in which happened to correspond to our son’s engagement party that also began at 3. Could t speak with human. Then when we go to the hotel, the key code don’t work. I went down to the desk and the two people there explained that they had nothing to do with the hotel. Had to get on a call to SE Asia. Also the room smelled bad: overall a terrible experience, although the pillows were decent.

Lovely apartment, generally well furnished and stocked. Excellent location--convenient to Union Station and free bus. Very clean. The lack of a lamp in the family room creates a problem for evening activities. Please add a floor lamp. Instructions for using elevator were weak. Was difficult to figure out and needed help from other residents. Saw other people having the same issues. Overall, a very nice stay!

We stayed at the mint house in Denver. The location was great, however getting in and out of the building and figuring anything out when you get there is a THING. There is no front desk, no one to great you. No one to show you where parking is. It’s a giant pain to parallel park on a busy street, drag your suitcases throughout two coded doors, and then finally try and figure out the security features on the elevator. Once you actually make it to the room it’s great, but don’t book here if you like having hotel staff greet you, or if you don’t want to lug your suitcase throughout a busy downtown street full of people

The apartment we rented was beautiful and very spacious. I was happy to have a full kitchen available, as well as a washer and dryer. The beds and couch and chairs were comfortable and the linens and bathrooms were all cleaned properly. My main gripes were with the extremely touchy elevators and doors. One elevator straight up refused the code and fob multiple times, and another was reserved for a private party, so you only could rely on one working consistently. Our doors revealed that the unit (or building??) was slightly tilted, as all of the north/south sliding doors slid open if we tried to close them. Tiny inconvenience: no one refills the cold brew, kombucha, or cups in the lobby.
