We stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The location was excellent - super close to downtown but still in a residential area within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was neat and clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern. Bedrooms were a nice size and the common areas were a great place for everyone to hang out. Five of us stayed here but the house could easily fit more comfortably. The host was easily accessible and communicated before, during, and after our stay. Having parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

We had a delightful stay here while we visited Denver with our daughter and family. It is a clean, well-stocked and updated house. The location is excellent with short walks to several great restaurants and coffee shops. It's an easy walk across the interstate to REI. This place was perfect for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and there was good communication throughout our stay. I can't recommend this home more highly. We have found our place for future Denver visits.

Upon arrival there was snow and ice on walkways and both entrances to the home which we cleared with a broom found in the home. The first evening we did not have hot water and had to contact the host who had us reset a breaker on the outside rear of the home. We had a large group for this 5 bedroom home. There were very few bath towels in the bathrooms and no kitchen dish rags for use. Contacted host who gave us the code to a locked closet for additional towels. Limited seating for a large group in a 5 bedroom home. Warning should be posted for parties traveling with more than 2 vehicles. The large SUV and full size pickup in our group could not use the alley parking because of how narrow the entrance was. Poor/limited street parking in this area.
Great location within walking distance to restaurants and downtown Denver. Great communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and had many of the creature comforts of home (pantry staples, coffee maker, wifi, TV, laundry, etc.). The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and is in walking distance to Union Station (train to/from airport) and many attractions locally and downtown. There is parking on the premises, so no worries about moving for street sweeping. There was a small snafoo at check-in, but the host was very responsive and able to resolve it immediately. Overall this was a great base for our large group while enjoying Denver!

Lovely home in a great location
Our stay was perfect. The location is great for walking to and from downtown Denver if you like to walk, which we do. We walked to Ball Arena for the hockey game, as well as to Hayters & Co to watch the Rose Bowl. The home is clean, quite roomy, and contains all the amenities that you'll need. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home and location
We rented this updated bungalow for Christmas while visiting family in Denver. Our stay was five Star from the beginning to the end. We have rented many homes throughout the country with this group and we all agree that this property was one of the best.The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and exactly as represented in the photos. Heads up that the upstairs bedroom is a loft without a door. Something that didn’t bother our group.Kitchen was fully equipped which was important for us because we travel with people who have very specific dietary needs that require cooking most meals.The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many restaurants. A short walk to REI and Whole Foods. We highly recommend this property and will be back for the next family vacation to Denver.
