My bed was awful. Seriously staff--go lay down in room 215 on the bed closest to the air unit and you will see the mattress is trash. Missing towels and went to front desk to get them but they had none and they were still in the laundry? At 10pm??? What did laundry staff do all day? Absolutely no toilet paper in room. Went to front to get. Ac unit also will randomly shut off when it's not even at the right temp--I found turning the heat on and the temp up then turning it too cool and lowering the temp will reset it and turn it back on. Oh, and the back of the remote where the batteries go is broke. Cmon!! Spend the money and replace it. Now about my neighbos--had room 217 yelling, arguing, slamming doors til 130am. Called front desk at 10pm-said he would call them and speak with them. No change. I think there is potential here but they lack oversight and you will be disappointed. P. S. Clean the are around your benches, pressure wash the exterior of your building, and replace your burnt out bulbs. I should be paid for helping this company fix their problems.

I do not recommend to stay in this hotel unless you do not have any other choice and you absolutely need to stay here. This hotel is not maintained at all. There are potholes everywhere in the parking lot. The stairs are full of garbage. We had to switch room 3 times. The door in the first room was opened/unlocked and was missing the bedding in one of the beds and the toilet and shower were leaking. In the second room, the AC unit was detached from the wall and not working. We decided to stay in the third room they gave us but the tub was black with dirt, and we did not take a shower for fear of getting fungi in our feet. Next morning we tried to get breakfast, but there were no coffee cups or utensils. They ran out of eggs and they did not replace them. Yogurt cereals, bread were the lowest quality you can get and did not taste good at all and could not eat them. Awful, awful experience and a bad reputation for La Quinta brand.

First of, the check in was too long. I have a baby with me and yet he sent us to the furthest building and on the third floor. We had to take stairs, for some reason the elevator room won't open with our key. Second, the room smells weird when we got in and I didn't realized there was no fridge. Lastly, the toilet was clogged! Will never stay to this place again. For me it's not family friendly.

Feels unsafe for solo female travelers

Pulled into the parking lot of this hotel and couldn’t believe it, it looked nothing like the pictures. The immediate surrounding area was unkempt, there was a car in the parking lot that had an entire family’s worth of clothes and belongings scattered all on the lawn behind them. There were some people hanging around the premises that made me feel so uncomfortable, that I didn’t even step foot in the building and booked a last minute room elsewhere.

I booked a handicapped room in the 1st floor as I have a wheelchair and prosthetic leg. I get there and zero handicapped room and on the 3rd floor far from the elevator. I also asked for something away from traffic that was from a major freeway. The 3rd floor room was above the sound barrier, so Nope, major traffic noise. Also faulty coffee pot I had to hold the hot piece in place to run. In the bathroom their was water that wouldn't shut off fully in the tub.

READ THE FINE PRINT, BLACK MOLD. RIP OFF.

BLACK MOLD. LOTS of black mold. Under toilet in between toilet seat and the tank, in the groves of the shower, in the ac unit, also filled with dust, hair, and who knows what else. I have no idea when the last time anyone cleaned these places. The places where people can see and the sink area and living space was clean, but the places that you can’t see were the most disgusting, and when I say the most I mean the most l, thing i have ever seen.

My trip was delayed. I called and spoke to somebody at the hotel, but it was on the right internet, not at the actual hotel. So they wouldn't honor the fact that I called in and said, I wouldn't be there. And they charged me for the whole day and I lost all my bonus points
