This is a family neighborhood with a 10:00 PM noise ordinance.

Please bring all activity indoors after 10 PM and be respectful of our neighbors.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

🐾 PET POLICY
We are a dog-friendly rental with a 2-dog maximum per stay.

A non-refundable pet fee of $125 applies for one dog and $175 for 2 dogs

Please select the pet option when booking. If you missed it, contact us to arrange payment.

⚡ ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
An EV charger is available near the Guest Parking spot.

The fee is $10 per day.

The house was super clean and well maintained. The check in process was easy and communication with owners was quick and easy. The location is perfect and everything seemed to be only 10-15minutes away. The pickleball courts were awesome. would highly recommend this home.

The owners went above and beyond. They left snacks and refreshments upon arrival. The backyard is truly amazing. We enjoyed the large hot tub, pickle ball, and other games. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was easy to access with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We loved having 4 bedrooms. Spent a good part of the day outside, pleasant patio, hot tub and outdoor games. The walking /biking path behind community center on the street over was a nice find. Was perfect for our mellow family get together.

Just perfect

Even though the house was smaller than it looked in the pictures, they always are, it was a wonderful home! It was clean, lots of things to do and comfortable. Although the weather was not great with the wind and trying to snow on us, we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and playing basketball on the hoop in the backyard. We even had a little fun playing corn hole. The hot tub was clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they had extra blankets since I am a person who needs extra weight to help me sleep. Check out was 11am which is nice for eating breakfast and relaxing a bit before the day began. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It's located on a dead end street as well- so less traffic, but not too far from downtown activities and food!

Had a little staycation at the property and were very pleased with it. House was clean and comfortable, hot tub was nice and hot, hosts even left wine and snacks for us which was very cool. Large kitchen table was great for meals and games, kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook some meals, as we did. Overall a great experience.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and the back yard was amazing! We were constantly playing the number of outdoor games offered. The home was also very close to a lot of attractions. The only things I would take not of was that there is no direct door that connects to the back yard. So we had to leash our dogs to get them out. And the third bed under the bunks was a bit uncomfortable because you could feel the wood underneath. All in all it was a great trio and we would stay here again!

Overall, the place had what we needed. However, some updates could be made. The house had an overall strange smell upon entering. The lighting in the bedrooms was awfully dim. The sheets were old and rough and none of us slept well on the beds. I did have to kill a spider in the dining area during our stay. It was located on a dead end street with plenty of parking so that was nice.

Our stay was very relaxing. The house has plenty of space on both levels. My family was in Denver for a baseball clinic. Yhe neighborhood was quiet, easy to access from I70. The house was clean and the back yard was accomodating with plenty of sitting as area. My only concern were the basement windowells that lacked any type of cover. It was a constant concern with children 5, 6 and 12 year old twins. Overall though we really enjoyed the home. The hostess gifts were an added plus. We will strongly consider staying at the lovey, roomy home again. Thank you.

Wonderful retreat in Denver

What a lovely stay we had in this wonderful home in Denver! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the covered patio in the backyard. The pickleball court was great fun for our range in ages of 7-67! The 7-year-old also ventured into the playhouse. Thank you for the well-stocked kitchen with many supplies and the welcoming treats! The beds were very comfortable, and the home was immaculately clean. We hope to stay here again in the future! Chris and Jamie

The property was as described and clean. Very fun for a group. The group before is must have had a lot of fun since the downstairs smelled badly of marijuana. We opened the windows and it subsided after a day or 2. But the place was very fun and the hosts lefts lots of treats and very nice conveniences. Would stay there again

The place was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, snacks and even wine. There were plenty of areas to relax. The beds were very comfy. They provide shampoo and body wash. The yard was wonderful with cute lights and games, even a play house for the little one. Great yard for the dog. The owner was very helpful, great communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
