Overall good stay. Octavia was the star! Her professionalism and compassion were top notch, and she could be given a pay raise and/or promotion. It was wonderful working with her for my short stay. I’d recommend this location.

Booked the hotel because of the free airport shuttle service. Arrived to check in and was told the shuttle at the time I needed was full, so I booked a Lyft. When I went to catch the Lyft at 4 am, the shuttle driver was there and offered a lift. I then found out that three people had cancelled and I hadn't been notified that the shuttle was in fact available. On top of that, the room was extremely hot and the thermostat was broken. It was loud and there were doors slamming all night. Would not stay there again.

This overnight stay was just what we needed after a few minor set backs at the airport. The staff was welcoming, there were restaurant choices within walking distance, the room and bed were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the airport shuttle schedule in the amenities listed. It states 24 hours but that is not accurate. However, it was easy to book an early Uber though. Even so, I need to mention again how very gracious and hospitable the staff were.

There was no staff at the desk when we arrive and had to wait a few minutes before someone came back. Elevator was out of order for a few hours but was fixed. First room was over a party with music but staff was helpful switching our room.
