This 3000 sq ft home is a 2-level masterpiece. Featuring a new hot tub + 4 bedrooms + 3 kitchens + indoor grill + 3 living rooms + 3 bathrooms, + 4 fireplaces + outdoor sauna and much more! We have everything you need to relax and feel right at home. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Outdoor seating for 12 under the canopy of lights. Shuffleboard, Pacman, and outdoor Ping Pong table. Entering on the main level you'll find 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms and 3 fireplaces, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bunkbed room, and 2 bathrooms. The main floor has a large patio with a BBQ grill, hot tub, outdoor sauna, comfy seating, and outdoor table for 12. The top floor includes the master bedroom with a king size bed/ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom is adjacent with hall bathroom. A third bedroom includes fun bunkbeds for the kids. Additional queen sleeper sofas are located in two of the upstairs living rooms. Downstairs you'll find an additional living room with queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Unwind and watch your favorite show on one of seven TVs throughout the house. In addition, our home includes a 2-car garage with storage for your gear.

Fabulous place for Wedding family gatherings

Wow, this place is amazing for family from near and far to gather for our son’s wedding. Enough space for people to have fun and not rub elbows too much. We also hosted a fun day for the bride and bridesmaids to make their own bouquets and the groom and groomsmen to hang out. Our location was very convenient to all the wedding festivities too! Great house!!

Our daughter was getting married and e needed a place to host 20 family for dinner on Friday night. This property was fantastic. Lots of space. And the spaces outfitted with nice furniture, lots of character, fun. The whole house had every detail we could think of and more. And the backyard area was big, lots of seating and tables with a to tub and sauna. ... I knew after seeing the property listing that I would like this place, but after staying there I LOVED it. ... Katy was super responsive, great communicator.

We stayed at this home in Denver and the property itself was spacious and in a good location. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were responsive initially.Unfortunately, we had no consistent hot water for about two days. A plumber came out twice, and it was eventually determined the water heater needed to be replaced. While efforts were made to fix the issue, it was a significant inconvenience during our stay.They offered a one-night refund, which I appreciated. However, a week later I am still waiting for it to be processed. I’ve followed up with the hosts and have not received a response, and have had to contact VRBO for assistance.Overall, a nice home, but the maintenance issue and lack of follow-through did impact our experience.
