We got the king suite and within 30 seconds of being in the room we saw four roaches crawling out of the couch. We immediately went down and asked for a refund and he said we could not get one had to call in the morning. I called in the morning and got $25 credit on my stay which is not even half of what I paid for the room! I do not recommend this hotel for anyone unless you want to go home with bugs.

The property is old and needs a lot of maintenance done on it. Loose fixtures, loose towel holders. The sink only trickled water. How could the cleaning person not notice and report to maintenance? I would stay elsewhere next time.

The room was not the cleanest . Tv didn’t work, bathroom door barely closes and the lock on the shower door was broke can’t latch it to take a shower.. some of the linens were dirty.. very disappointed.. paid money for this and nothing works

I had to move from my first room because of issues with the toilet seat. Next room the TV remote was not working and lights in the bathroom and shower area were not working. I asked for clean towels for my second night and when I returned from my travels that day, nothing had been done.

Zero stars, do not recommend.

First room had black mold on ceiling and on the desk chair, linens were damp, and room smelled of mold and mildew. Were moved to a second room, lights, TV, and hair dryer didn’t work. Linens were damp in this room also. Moved to a third room, smelled of cat pee, and linens were damp in this room also. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only saving grace was the one staff member was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, terrible.

The pillows, blankets, mattress and sheets were stained yellow. We went to the front desk and asked for different rooms.He gave us two rooms next to each other this time, and those rooms were also unacceptable. The bedding wasn't damp in those rooms, but the pillows, blankets, mattress and sheets were also stained yellow. We could not stay there, so we left. He didn't give us a receipt & said that I need to call tomorrow when the manager was there to get my refund. .

Was only 10am and checkout lady hassled us about checking out. Told her checkout wasn’t until another 2 hours and she stated “what time is it” very unprofessional. Hot tub not working. Pool extremely hot. Room was not clean. Stains on the comforter! I’ll stay elsewhere next time because this place has went downhill!

This was a terrible stay for our family. From a moldy pool, to ripped window screens, razor blades on the sidewalks, and zero sense of security. In a poor neighborhood to say the least.

Your property was the most reasonably priced for the length of stay that I needed, with the best reviews. The room was clean and the staff friendly, especially Sharon, she was great! The other employees kind of ignored everyone and just went about whatever they were doing. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and polite but I had to go back the next day to have my points added to my rewards program. My room was supposed to be cleaned after 3 days, but it was 4. I had to ask for my trash to be removed. Breakfast offeriengs were very minimal. It was clean and I wasn't there all day so it was a nice place to stay for my needs. It was not convenient to the location I was visiting but neither were the other hotels.

Broken tv remote, lamps missing bulbs by bed, the window in room did not lock and i was on the first floor so, anyone could get access, pool nor hot tub was available the 3 days i stayed. It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing close in walking distance for those that have no transportation on a stay. This one is on the Do not stay again list!
