Pros - hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, room was clean, room bathroom was good size, indoor pool bigger than expected! Cons - hot tub was out of order, shower water pressure was very weak and the waffle station is only on weekends; however, the “weekday” breakfast did have many choices!

Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant. The woman working the breakfast area went out of her way to make my daughter a pancake and was very friendly.

The conference center was beautiful but the hotel rooms could use a little TLC. Especially the bathrooms. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was really good and the on-site restaurant was good.

This was such a great place to take our two autistic teens. They found the whole enchanting, as did we. Especially the decorations.

The property looked abandoned, the automatic doors didn’t work, my room was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke and our keys stopped working 3 times in less that 24hr period. The staff was okay but didn’t really speak to you. I would not recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying somewhere else next year for the wrestling tournament
