Everything was great except when we arrived to our room, we did not have any wash clothes and toilet paper was only a quarter of the way full. When I went to the lobby, the lady told me they were completely out of towels which I feel is unacceptable.

We had the best stay! My husband, grandbaby and I are traveling to Arkansas. We made a stop here to visit friends. Excellent service from the time we checked in, clean room, breakfast area clean and lots of options. The oatmeal was my favorite with all the topping choices (walnuts, coconut shaving, pepitas, cranberries, chocolate chips much more) friendly staff. We will be back on our trip home.

The service staff we encountered were very nice and helped us with an issue we had after checking in. Our initial room did not have a working secondary security lock on the door. We were promptly moved to another room with all door locks in place or operable. Great! The room was large and comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. The tub needed more attention and I noticed smudges on some doors and wall areas. Also, one of the extra blankets was clearly unwashed and had blue staining upon being removed from the bag.

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Forsyth. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole process quick and easy. The suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchenette and cozy living area. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. I also appreciated the little touches—like the lobby coffee, the quiet atmosphere, and the well-kept fitness center. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay.
