There is another furnished rental unit in the rear of the building on the second floor and a vacant commercial space downstairs. The location is ideal, on Main avenue in DePere in the heart of the business district-- just steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, the Fox River, and St Norbert College.

A great place to stay

I had an overall very enjoyable stay at My Happy Place. The location was ideal and suited my needs. However, I have to give most of my review here to the staff and their top notch service. There was some unexpected construction which affected day to day function, including losing water and internet at one point. The staff was receptive, understanding, and helped my family with alternate living arrangements for several days in the interim. I was very pleased at their customer service and how seriously they value the happiness of their tenants.
