Overall okay. The room was very loud, you can hear every step you take, the bathroom door was difficult to close, and the main door felt not sturdy enough, but severely loud when the door opened and closed. The walls were severely thin, you could hear people next door clearly

Clean spacious rooms friendly staff. Could have more food the one day they were out of eggs and sausages the only hot things besides the waffles. Hot tub could use the inserts to make jets shoot out straight but other wise great stay

When I called to explain that I was double charged the lady was not very pleasant at times. Treating me like I was lying when I was over charged after the manager looked into it. She did apologize at check in but I feel that the situation could have been handled better

I checked out almost a month ago and still haven’t received my deposit refund. Every time I call they give me the run around. I physically swiped my card at the desk and they are telling me that the 3rd party is responsible for the refund. I’ve called over 5 times! Every time it’s a different answer.
