My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early.

It was a good stay, nothing outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous, again nothing outstanding or particularly notable. Same for the attached restaurant - good food, good service, comfortable atmosphere, polite and courteous staff. All in all a satisfactory stay.

Had to get swapped rooms due to a faulty toilet immediately upon checking in. Then proceed to our new room to find what appears to be some type of dirt/ fecal matter on the floor of the bathroom. Very disgusting and couldn’t wait to check out and be done with this place.

The room seemed relatively clean. There was some garbage/wrappers in the desk drawer. The Internet was very slow and difficult to keep connected. It would have also been nice to have some information on local restaurants near the hotel.

First room AC wasn’t working which is a hard pass for me, and then called to see if I was doing something wrong etc, they offered new room with out asking, and I told him that he could bring room keys to me for the inconvenience and he said no problem, and rest of stay was just fine. Would stay again
