We booked a king suite and were given a basic queen room. I showed the hostess the booking and confirmation number that indicated I did book a king suite and was told that all of the suites were booked and there was nothing she could do to help. Not even an apology. The next morning my wife called to inform the hostess that they hair dryer was not working and she was told there was nothing she could do about it. My wife explained that she needed one and asked that the hostess find one somewhere. The hostess then said there was a spare in the back room and told my wife to come down and get it if she needed it. We will not be staying here again.
