Hyatt Regency Green Bay

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Check in was great, the cleanliness of the lobby and the room was excellent, the corner suite is roomy and quiet. We had a great stay and will visit again for a longer stay for sure. While visiting Green Bay we enjoyed Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Bay Beach Amusement Park and Lambeau Field a couple of times including the Packer OTA. The customer service at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay was superb.

Nice, relaxing, the perfect get away. We had a very nice visit.

Decent hotel undergoing renovations; currently showing some wear around the edges. Overpriced ($370) for a Packers game.

Spacious room that was actually a suite, pleasant surprise upon entering room at check-in. Clean room, pretty comfortable furniture, user-friendly lights and TVs. Hotel elevators kind of slow, and sauna and steam room were cool and not ready to be enjoyed. Only those complaints, and not serious. Nice place, great location, happy to stay there again.

It's in many ways a typical Hyatt Regency, with a soaring atrium conveying a sense of space. It's clean and comfortable, but could use a little sprucing up. The elevators ar shockingly slow (and there aren't that many floors) and the compact fluorescent bulbs in the room give it a greenish glow, but other than that it was fine.

Very large room and bathroom. The wall vent in the shower appeared quite dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture in room is a bit worn.

The room we got wasn't as clean as it should've been considering we booking in advance. There were no garbage bags in the cans and the fridge I'm pretty sure didn't even work nothing we put in there was cold. But otherwise staff was very helpful and friendly. We overall really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful staff. Convenient. Beautiful hotel and really nice rooms. I will stay there again.

Terrific hotel, I will definitely stay at this hotel for business or pleasure in the future!

Great breakfasts, room service, rooms spacious and emasculate. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Great pool! Good central location on bus route in Greenbay.

Not bad for business trip For family trip, emm? Because this hotel place in olde town.

Great staff, nice big room. Great location to beat packer traffic

I had a great view and the room was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and cleaning crew were top notch.

Still the best place to stay in Green Bay's revitalized downtown.

Hotel was clean and contemporary. It is a renovated Embassy Suites from many years ago. It is improved. My only consideration for improvement is the breakfast buffet - because I am not a fan of buffets. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location in Green Bay. Easy to walk around.

The hotel and room was nice. Elevator was ancient. Overall I would stay there again but would have to be lower price

Nice lobby, friendly staff, clean, useful suite, soft beds and enveloping pillows. However... The food ordered for breakfast was cold, expensive, poorly prepared and caused abdominal havoc. Avoid at all costs.

Room was great staff was friendly. We could walk to downtown to eat, etc.

The staff was warm and helpful, the pool and excersize equipment was way beyond my expectations. Also the Restuarant food was also excellent. Great location. The room was very spacious. Perfect for business and family travel.

Have been there in the past and Hilton has done a nice job witht upgrades.
