Shadow Lane sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field — a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue. That is why people book this block: you walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bar district instead of hunting for parking.
Visit

Lambeau Field is a few minutes on foot. Take a stadium tour, see the Packers Hall of Fame, and shop the Packers Pro Shop even when there is no game. Titletown is the Packers-built park next door: a full-size football field, Shopko Optical Playground, year-round ice ribbon, and Ariens Hill for summer movies or winter tubing. The Resch Center is the walkable indoor venue for concerts, hockey, and shows.
Eat

Stay close and you eat well. Hinterland is the farm-to-table brewery in Titletown. 46 Below sits under Ariens Hill for casual bites. BelAir Cantina, Homefield Pub + Social, and 4th & Strong cover tacos, pub food, and coffee. Inside Lambeau, 1919 Kitchen & Tap is the atrium gastropub. Across Ridge Road, Kroll’s West is the local institution for butter burgers. On Holmgren Way, Stadium View, The Bar, Anduzzi’s, and D2 Sports Pub are the classic pre- and post-game stops. Badger State Brewing and Green Bay Distillery are a short walk for craft beer and spirits. Lodge Kohler’s Taverne in the Sky is the nicer dinner with a view.
Shop

Packers gear at the Pro Shop and Titletown shops. Everyday needs and bigger retail are a few minutes by car at Bay Park Square. Downtown Green Bay (short drive) adds Broadway boutiques, the farmers market in season, and Titletown Brewing inside the old train depot.

Game weekend, you leave the car in the driveway and walk. Non-game days, Titletown is still open — playground, skating, dinner, a quiet walk around the stadium. You are in a real neighborhood, not a hotel strip, with everything Packers fans come here for within walking distance.

Getting in

Enter through the side door. A 4-digit code is sent 24 hours before check-in. Use that same code for the length of your stay. The house, garage, driveway, and yard are yours. Please stay on this property and do not use neighboring yards, driveways, or porches.

Living room with the media wall, 3-sided electric fireplace, Roku TV, and Sonos. Kitchen with full appliances and the stocked Keurig Duo. Two updated bathrooms. Bedrooms with Sapphire mattresses, Beckham Hotel Collection bedding, Roku TVs, and blackout shades. Twin XL on the upper level and a queen sleeper in the living room. Nest thermostat. Fast WiFi. Washer and dryer. Extra towels and linens are provided.

Garage, patio, and yard

The entertainment garage is open to guests: Roku TVs, seating, refrigerator, ping pong, yard games, infrared heater, and Polywood furniture. The covered patio has a hard-piped natural gas grill — no propane tank to change. Backyard Polywood seating is for your use. The yard is partially fenced. Keep games and furniture on this property and return items to the garage when you are done.
Parking and EV charging

Park in the driveway. It typically fits about 6 vehicles depending on size. Street parking is limited, especially on Packers home-game weekends — use the driveway first. A Tesla Universal Wall Connector is available for guest EVs (not Tesla-only). Charging notes are in the welcome guide.

This is a residential street in the shadows of Lambeau Field. You may use the home and garage for your group. Keep noise at a respectful level, especially after hours.

You are on Shadow Lane, the short stretch of road that sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field. Walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the bar district. Leave the car in the driveway when you can.
This house has been through more updates than we can reasonably list — new siding, windows, doors, trim, and floors, a new kitchen, refreshed baths, new bedding and décor, a rebuilt living-room wall, a redone garage interior, Polywood inside and out, and a Tesla Universal EV charger. It still sleeps a real group. It just lives better than it used to.
Living room

This is the indoor hangout when the garage isn’t running. A custom media wall anchors the room with a three-sided electric fireplace, Roku TV, Sonos soundbar, and sub. Stretch out on the sectional or use the queen sleeper. Lights are easy. The fireplace is meant to be used. The welcome guide is here with WiFi, house notes, and how everything works.
Kitchen and dining

Fully redone — new cabinets, counters, and appliances. The coffee station is a stocked Keurig Duo, pot or single cup. Cookware, dishes, and glassware are here for the group. Make breakfast before a walk to Titletown or a late meal after the game. Treat it like a house kitchen, because that is what it is.
Main-level king bedroom

Set up for actual sleep after a long day on Lombardi Avenue: king Sapphire mattress, Beckham Hotel Collection bedding, blackout shades, Roku TV, and space to put bags down. Close the shades and the room goes dark.
Main-level queen bedroom

Same standard — Sapphire mattress, hotel bedding, blackout shades, and a Roku TV. A solid second room for a couple or older kids who want their own space on the main floor.
Main-level bath

Updated full bath with a large walk-in tiled shower and a new vanity. Bathrooms are fully stocked. We do not skimp on toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or the other essentials. Extra towels are in the house.
Upper level

A Twin XL in the common area gives you an extra real bed, not a leftover cot. The upper bedroom holds two queen Sapphire mattresses, hotel bedding, blackout shades, and a Roku TV — the best setup in the house for two couples or several kids. The second full bath has a walk-in shower, a new vanity, and the same full stock of bathroom essentials.
Entertainment garage

This is why people look for Shadow Lane. Multiple Roku TVs, surround sound, a refrigerator, ping pong, yard games, plenty of seating, and an infrared heater for cold weekends. New Polywood furniture in the garage and in the backyard. Covered patio with a hard-piped natural gas grill — no propane tank to change. Partially fenced yard. Watch the game, play a few rounds, grill, then walk to the stadium or the bars without moving the cars.
Also yours

Fast WiFi. New washer and dryer. Extra linens and towels. Nest thermostat. Driveway parking for about six vehicles, depending on size. Tesla Universal Wall Connector for guest EVs, not Tesla-only. The house is pet friendly. Keep pets off the furniture and clean up in the yard.

Side-door code, sent 24 hours before check-in. The whole property is yours: house, garage, patio, yard, and driveway. Stay on this lot — neighboring yards and drives are not part of the stay.
Game weekends

Packers home games and announced special events in the greater Green Bay area may have different pricing. If dates you already booked are later named as a game or special-event weekend, we will contact you.

We want you to use the house, and have a blast! That is the point of the garage, the yard, the grill, and a street you can walk from. Play the games. Turn the TVs on. Stay up for the late window. Just remember this is a residential neighborhood, not a bar. Keep the noise in check, especially later at night. Take the louder energy into the garage and close the door. Be good to the people who live on this street year-round!
