The worst hotel we have ever stayed in the building should be condemned. It is in terrible condition and a lawsuit waiting to happen with the pavers out of the ground, unlit stairwells, etc. We had someone above us on the 3rd floor moving stuff or running around all day and night we got zero sleep while we were here. Told the front desk and they told us to go to the persons room and knock on the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back. For the record we do not stay at fancy places because we travel with our dogs but all I can say about this is one is wow! Put a little work into it!

Pool area is perfect and direct access to beach is great! quiet old rundown motel.. definitly needs updating.. maurice is very friendly and helpful ... muffins, cereal and coffee for breakfast at 8am.. room with 2 queen beds and kitchen- stove w/oven.. fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils- shower water pressure was great! would we stay again? maybe..

Nothing to like about property. It was ran down. Nothing was in working condition. These things did not work. Ice maker, laundry, elevator, barbecue, ceiling was falling down, wall bubbling, towel rack hanging off wall, fridge rusty, food remains on top off fridge, door decayed, dirty couldn’t go without shoes on. Only thing good was access to beach.

Nothing was in working order ice machine, laundry, elevator. Crumbs of food left on top of rusty fridge. Ceiling falling down, large drywall bubble on wall that appears to be full of water. Towel holder in bathroom only screwed in one side so hanging off wall. Door to unit rotting. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged muffins, pop tarts and a pre packaged orange juice. At least it was pre packaged or we would not have ante it. Only good thing was it was on beach.

Poor little motel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the view was perfect. Otherwise, literally everything was broken. The TV wouldn’t work for more than 5 minutes without asking to reconnect to WiFi. The door was so badly rusted you could see right under it. The beds were about as old as I am. The furniture was sticky and ripped and mismatched with only one patio chair. The Air Conditioner was stuck with the temperature set to “FO”. There was a hole in the ceiling in the shower. The sink was so badly calcified the water trickled down the back of the sink. The toilet worked fine but came with a plunger already next to it. There was no phone to call the front desk and only 2 available electric outlets to charge our 4 phones. I moved the broken dresser that smelled like mildew to get to one of them. The ceiling in the room was stained from leaks and whoever painted the room did not paint behind the pictures hanging on the walls. It was hot and humid and loud and none of us slept. Fortunately we were only there for the beach and it did not disappoint. If I booked a second night I would have absolutely gone elsewhere. This poor sweet little motel needs major fixing up. This room was not worth the $90 I spent on it. I would have gladly paid with a can of fresh paint and a can of Lysol. And they called this an upgrade!! I don’t want to know what the other rooms are like.

I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY. THE SHEEETS WERE VERY DIRTY AND HAD BLOOD ON THEM. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. I TAKE CARE OF AN OLDER LADY AND WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THEY SAID WE CAN USE THE PROPERTY FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. SO THE OLD LADY HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM SHE WENT UP TO A GUY DRESSED LIKE HES IN THE MOVIE MEN IN BLACK, AND HE SCREAMED AT HER. SHE IS 75 YEARS OLD AND TAKE 20 DIFF MEDICATIONS SO YOU CAN TELL SHE IS NOT ALL THERE. I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED HOW THEY TREATED HER WHEN SHE ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE FOR THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD. THANK YOU.

Although this property was affordable, the room had a hole in the ceiling all the paint and wall was chipped off along the glass sliding door my daughter kept getting splinters there was mold going up the walls it was roaches in the drawer where the dishes were supposed to be it was very dusty overall a dirty room and we've been itchy from the beds

The motel needs a lot of repairs and updates but our room was clean and we had easy access to the beach. Management does not enforce rules . We had our dog with us and always clean up after her but i know that not all of the guests did the same. On Friday night people wete partying and shooting fireworks around the pool at 2 in the morning. We checked out a day early and have no desire to stay there again.

Do not stay here

Literally everything was broken, there was black mold everywhere, smelled like a raid fumigation bomb. Many safty hazards including a broken entry door, mold exposure,electrical shock dangers from broken outlet covers. The wall.plugs were so corroded it sparked when i plugged my phone in. Very disappointed that you guys does not vett out your hotels.
