The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean with soft towels and nice bedding-just a bit dated but one of our favorite places to go to to get away for the night. The only bummer was the hot tub was cold this visit. Even still we had a great stay. We will definitely be back soon.

Emerald Shores Resort was a great place for my recent stay! The room was perfect for a short visit—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The location was incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the cheer competition I was attending. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the owner. He was kind, welcoming, and always readily available if I needed anything. That level of care made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

The room and amenities need a lot of improvement, the staff was hit and miss, the manager was helpful but the establishment is in need of work. Pool and hot tub was rarely clean and always had to ask for towels.
