Yes, our room overlooked the beach. The back parking lot was part of the view as well and there is no direct entry from the property to the beach. There is a public access directly next door which means that the road near the hotel can get a little busy.

Our room faced the ocean. Christina checked us in and was super pleasant. I found the 20 minute walk to the famous Daytona pier area very doable. The kitchen area was well organized, clean, and stocked with tools. Even a maintenance worker assisted the housekeeping staff by providing us with needs. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant when passing. What a great team there. We look forward to a return stay there
