This is my second stay with my family. Rooms 206 and 207 they rooms are huge like a one bedroom apartment. The pool and jacuzzi are great Super friendly staff Miss Christina was so sweet and helpful The price is great

I booked specifically for the hot tub and it was not working the entire week we stayed. My husband and I drove down from Michigan and my mother, neice and nephew flew from Alaska. We wanted to soak each night that is why I skipped over several hotels when booking. Not only was the hot tub not usable the pool is only open until dusk each day...like 5 pm even though everything advertised and the book inside the unit says 8 pm. When I asked the staff they stated that it was Mihigan law, I asked if the law had changed since the books were printed and she finally said that they do not have proper lighting in the pool area so they choose not to comply with state law and lie to the customers. Check in here is 4 pm...the pool closes at dusk..5 pm if you only stay one day it is not an available amenity so advertising it is lying...the living room pull out couch was so dated an worn that had it actually been for two adults as advertised they would have been miserable. The elevator closest to my room was out of order and has been for a very long time from the looks of the taped on signs. Good hot water and the two bathrooms with tubs was nice. Other two beds were also very worn and we sunk into the middle all night long.

Got the Two-Bedroom family suite was very roomy, The pool was nice. The hot tub wasn't working ,we had direct assets to the beaches, the staff was outstanding

There's no washer and dryer in the condos, the pool closes at 7:30 every night so you either have to give up part of your day at the beach for the pool or just miss out on the amenity all the way. They also close it with any warning of rain even if there's no lightening. We sat for 3 hours with clear skies waiting for them to open it back up because they said there was a chance of thunderstorms which never happened. Property is very old and run down which would be fine except that it's priced as though its in pristine condition.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. We have a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom condo was very sufficient. The room was clean and had plenty of linens. They provide all kitchen needed items for cooking and cleaning. That was nice! The bed in the master bedroom however was extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced, as it sank in the middle. The beach access was closed which will be super convenient if its repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

When we booked the room we were under the impression we would have a beach view and we didn't. There was in fact no beach access from the hotel from it being roped off in the back parking lot. Every night we had to park our car behind the hotel in a uncomfortable area. The pool and hot tub was locked up very early. There's no breakfast and very stiff beds. I did like that there was plenty of space and a very comfortable living area. Staff was very friendly and it was right on the coast.

Only complaint I have is security !!! I had a parking pass on my dash well apparently it fell on driver seats instead of just looking right there they were giving out tickets and warnings like they was about get a million dollar bonus ! Be different if it wasn't up there but was laying in the drivers seat lol !!!!
