The carpet was sticky, the chair was so badly stained it looked like someone sat there and urinated on it and there was black mold all around the seam in the shower and sink. Sink had a wad of hair in the black molded drain! Came back from a funeral and 3 guys are smoking pot at the entrance!!! 28 years as a USN deep sea diver and 20+ in government and this was the worst experience I have ever had!!!

Poor service and cleanliness

Staff was rude and unfriendly. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par molded in the bathtub and also there was a roach that caused me to check out no more than 20 minutes of my arrival I will never book this location again also, the front desk attendee chose to argue with me about a full refund due to the uncensored conditions. This type of customer service should not be tolerated, and nobody deserves to be made, felt uncomfortable where they are trying to rest. Also, my card was charged for the full amount of the hotel before checkout not OK.

Probably would not stay again

I’ve stayed in pretty bad places but this room had stains on the floor and the beds were from decades ago. If you can go with other options I would. Staff was friendly and breakfast was not bad. Room and hallways were pretty rough

Roaches-Terrible stay-AVOID

Message on reservation stated need room on 1st floor or by elevator due to mobilty-only availabe on 2nd floor-stairs-kept room, as it was to have recliner-needed to sleep in-there was a hard pull out sofa bed, no foot stool, opened refridgerator, cockroach crawling around. Toilet runnung, wouldnt flush, finally able to flush and push up hard on handle to stop running-bathroom fan klunking-roach in bathroom during nite-byrn mark on mattress (stripped bed looking for bed bugs)-Not eatinf food prepared in building infested with roaches. Mattress lumpy. Owners have to be aware of roaches, on reviews-just not recently

There was evident water damage in hallways. Was supposed to have a king room but was swiched to a 2 double room caous of bathroom issue only to find a roach in not one but 2 different rooms. Definitely will not select this location again if back in the area! On the positive side the staff was very cooperative and tried to help the situation. Was not rude and helped with the refund prcess.

My quoted price was $150 but when I got there, they said I had to pay $250 because of a $100 deposit that I would get back later but none of that was specified online They are liars they’re stupid, unsympathetic; never ever ever ever will I walk through the door of a super 8 again in my life I went to a better place.

Hazardous and horrible

Our stay at the super 8 By wyndham motel Was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a motel . The front desk assistant manager lady. Demanded that she come in our room at six a m to look at our belongings because we brought groceries in. They did not come and knock on the door to say there was any issue. They do not provide proper amenities. Be prepared to have to deal with mold in the bedrooms. Down the hallway water leakage down the walls . Also, be prepared to she made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome . It's a family owned motel By the patel's , so they have family Put good reviews on their hotel to support their family business , but it is all very misleading . If you don't believe me stay there and see what happens . The only good worker. There is the russian guy who gives unbelievable customer service, And they of course, treat him horrible as well, because he's not in the family . But they gave us a room for our children. And it had mowed all over the. Refrigerator all around the floor of the. Refrigerator. We were as polite as could be but What's received was disrespect and uncomfortability. My main issue was her demand to come into our room at 6 AM. While we had small children in there To go through our belongings. I have this all on video as well. She would not give her name. She would not give reasons Of the concern to come into our room And had no care To disturb our children . If you have children, this is not family friendly . Horrible.

There was mold inside of the refrigerator , Paint coming off the walls from water damage , Mold in the carpets Down the hallway . The assistant manager is extremely rude . She told me that my family was bringing too much stuff in and when I asked her. What did we bring in? That was concerning she could not tell me . You were always staying at this hotel because we're in the process of a move . They could have come any time to tell us. They wanted to see the room . But we have children and it's easier if we just clean the room ourselves set. They're not getting in the way . The assistant manager is extremely rude. She makes faces when . The only respectful people at work here are the 2 men. One that works the night shift and then another. Gentleman, that says his friend owns motel . He gave us another room when we found mold all over the fridge . We would much rather lose our hundred dollars than stay Another night here because of how rude the women are at the desk . I will definitely be taking the videos to higher up

Bad upkeep and management on this property

We booked this for convenience for a business travel with a group.. Great price but there were other hotels in the area that had same price with better upkeep on their property.. I booked but did not stay.. Did not want to even hassle with trying to get a refund...Thats how bad it was to me... Lesson learned will never book here again nor recommend to anyone...maybe good for others but not for me... not clean, leaks, mildew, mold bad smell, stains on bedding towels, washcloths, bath, toilet, carpet, sink walls. NEEDS TO BE REMODLED and WORK DONE in order to charge $80 per night

The staff were extremely friendly, the property was really clean and so was our room. A freat experience for a Super 8. The breakfast could usw a few more options but overall I was really happy with my stay. I will definitely stay again!
