Large 2-story home (3100 sq. ft.) on top of beautiful Mt. Nebo State Park with a spectacular breathtaking bluff view overlooking the Arkansas River Valley and Lake Dardanelle (10181 Sunrise Circle). It features spacious rooms, all glass living room facing bluff, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths downstairs, 1/2 bath upstairs, central H/A, electric fireplace, screened in porch (586 sq. ft.), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, microwave, gas grill, satellite television/DVD's, Wi-Fi. Pool is located in the state park 2 blocks away. There are no laundry facilities located on the property.
Suitable sleeping accommodations for 2-16 people. 2 queens, 5 double beds (1 built-in) 2 twin beds. Plenty of room outside for kids to have tents, etc. (8 lots).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Our group has booked this property every September formany years. Always find new improvements each year.This time (2) new central air conditioners, they redid the50 foot back porch (nice), etc. The weather was Great!

Great property with an amazing view on Mt. Nebo. We spent hours on the back porch reading, relaxing, doing yoga and enjoying the view. There was a nice breeze most of the time along with multiple fans to help us stay cool while enjoying being outside. We enjoyed the many hiking trails in the area. The house had great wifi to take some work video calls during our stay.

Great home for family trip to relax!

We’ve come to Mt. Nebo for years since ‘85 and we’ve in the last 16 years stayed here when we’ve been able to get all the family together. The house has anything and everything you’d need to have a great family vacation with the perfect views and lots of opportunities to make memories!!

Lovely Getaway spot

Our family enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The views were breathtaking, the house had a lot of space to relax or socialize, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.During a really bad storm we lost power and the generator kicked in an continued to power the entire house! This house is definitely on our list to visit again.

Always The Highlight Of Our Summer

There is no better place in Arkansas to log-off and slow down. We do a big shop before heading up the mountain and we don’t come down until it’s time to check out. This is a world class retreat. If you’re a Mountain Biker it’s basically the cycling version of ski-in/ski-out.We’ll be back again next year.

Here Comes The Sun...do do do do...

If you LOVE sunrises, THIS is your place. I could show pictures, but it just doesn't do it justice. You MUST see it in person. The house was neat, up to date and perfect for my group. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs (one with a queen, the other with two queens...), the upstairs were several beds laid out in with feel of a barracks or open dormitory (without all the negative connotations). We were in town for a youth conference and will definitely be booking in the future.

Idyllic getaway

My family has made a tradition of enjoying the MLK long-weekend on Mt Nebo. We love the views, hiking trails, wildlife, weather, and serenity of this special park. This amazing house makes the trips even more special. The house is beautiful, cozy, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. This was our second stay, and I know we’ll be back.

Family Thanksgiving

As life goes, our family hasn’t gotten together as often as we should except for funerals lately. We always say we need to gather like we did back when we were children so this year I decided to make that happen. This house was the perfect place to have loved ones gathered. We, as a family, have been staying here for many, many years. As always, we had a great time. Besides a GREAT location, the house has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. We have enjoyed watching the improvements the owner has made over the years. If one rents this place and doesn’t have a good time it’s there own darn fault.

Great house with a super view!

Our group has gone to this house for over 20 years. Only year we missed was 2020 because of covid shutdown. But when we came back in 2021 they took the time to do a full upgrade of every room! Last year when we showed up found they had installed a whole house generator and gas grill.

Amazing!

I've driven by this property for so many years and always wondered what it would be like to stay. I have to say my expectations were definitely exceeded. Such a beautiful home and property, very well maintained and such attention to detail. And that view, oh my goodness. I've never witnessed sun-rises such as the one's we watched this weekend. Supreme mountain views

If you are looking for a quiet mountain retreat, this is it! The views off the back porch were gorgeous, especially as we watched a thunderstorm roll in and saw the lights in the valley below go out (but not ours). Our group of 7 friends appreciated the nice beds, the plethora of towels, and how clean everything was. If you need strong wi-fi, that may be an issue. But that was a blessing because it forced us to turn off our technology and catch-up. Temps outside were high 90s, but AC inside was good. If it had been cooler outside, a daybed on the back porch would have been fought over.
