Loud hotel and aggressive housekeeping

The hotel was very clean but under construction! Very loud and can hear people talking in next room! In addition- we were there when daylight savings time ended! Requested a later checkout by half hour! Front desk confirmed yet housecleaning! Walked into room when I had do not disturb on and yelled to them that I was in shower! They proceeded to bang walls next door and slam doors to make it uncomfortable!

Checkin was slow and the computer system did not recognize my last name. We stayed 5 nights and the second day they tore up all the carpet on our hallway floor for replacement. That procerss was nosiy all that day but then they put down large cardboard sheets. However, the sheets kept moving and creating ridges and "waves" which made walking hazardous. The hotel was not that crowded and I don't know why they didn't put us on a different floor. The continental breakfast was used by the help as well and 3 mornings we went down to find no coffee available and most of the bagel and pastry choices gone. I would not stay there again.

Great location and stay

Really loved this hotel. Though very chic in it's decor, there was also a cozy vibe to it with it's modern lodge aesthetic. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and great size. I also appreciated the included breakfast options as well as the restaurant onsite. The food at the restaurant was amazing and was a great feature to have.

This hotel is great. The restaurant is awesome, we ate every meal here and would go back for more! The free coffee and cont. breakfast was an added bonus. It’s clean, modern, and great staff. We loved it
