Checkin was a disaster after that else was good.

The check in process was kind of a disaster.I checked in online, per the text message they sent and We arrived a little after 3 pm (check in was at 3). I stood in line for about 30 minutes, they finally told us that double rooms would not be available for another hour. We checked for an update about 30 minutes after that and they said at that time it would be an hour and a half. We were in town for a concert so I spoke with the front desk manager to cancel our reservation and get a refund. He was able to immediately put us in a king room, with a couch, which worked for our family. I don't know why the front desk clerk wasn't able to offer that from the beginning. After that everything was good. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent!

First and foremost if you’re bringing or you rented a vehicle the parking is absolutely terrible. There’s only one entrance and at night there are VERY limited spaces available. On our last night there we had to park all the way in the back and walk what felt like half a mile to the front door, passing the dumpster that smelled absolutely terrible. The facility looks good at a first glance, but you can really see how outdated it is as you get closer and closer to your room. Our room was on the fourth floor and every time we got off the elevator, we were hit with a very weird awful smell. There also is no central AC each room I believe must have their own AC unit. Outside of that, it was located in a very convenient place personally I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
