Will never stay at that hotel again. Not clean building, old room with damaged furniture, no breakfast. Super 8 Wyndham on south side of DFW far superior: clean, rooms looked recently remodeled, excellent hot breakfast that could be boxed to go.

The young lady that checked us in was very rude. She wouldn't allow me to check with my ID and husband card. Even though my husband was standing right there. The wouldn't let me change the reservation name to my husband's. We had to leave and go get cash. The room was horrible. Chair had stain and holes in it. The desk chair was disgusting. The curtains are very dirty and failing down. Bed was hard as a rock. W.

Room was very old & dated. All the furniture was old and worn, stains & rips in chair upholstery. Stains on almost every wall in the room. Dead bugs in the bathroom. Dirt & dust build up in the corners under bathroom counter. All they had for breakfast was a handful of granola bars, apple and orange juice . We had to ask 3 times to get juice, they said they turn dispenser on but never did. Scheduled the night before for airport shuttle. Out to meet the shuttle 20 minutes before schedule. Shuttle stopped by and said they were full and went on. Left 8 people frantic at the curb. Right after some sketchy cab came by and asked for an inflated price to get everyone to the airport on time

The room door was previously broken into and many dents on the door. Lock was also broken. Walls had holes and broken all over. Sheets and pillow cases felt very used despite being washed. Had two roommate roaches and stains of dead ones on the wall. Ac unit smelled like cigarettes when turned on. Shuttle services did not show to our motel @6:50 as intended. Breakfast was nowhere to be found from times 6-7am.
