It was awesome. We are only there one night but we really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality. The metal bunk bed in the big room needs a little tightening I think. It was a little squeaky. Other than that it was great.

Family spring break

Home is convenient to Love Field, restaurants, Stars game, aquarium, JFK Museum and more! We put a pack and play in the Harry Potter closet and it worked great. The adults could play games after baby went to bed without waking her. Home was clean and checkin was flawless. We appreciated not having any clean up at checkout! Shower door didn’t close well but it was not a big deal.

Great property

The property was cleaned and the hosts left out greeting snacks and drinks for check-in. They were communicative throughout the night and the place was fun and more spacious than originally thought. Great stay

Girls trip must!

We stayed here for a school event nearby and had a blast. Perfect location. Amentities were fantastic and the host made it so nice and welcoming. We already recommended to several friends and plan to use anytime we are back

Our Stay

House was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and games and decor was a nice touch along with the stocked coffee. Nice neighborhood close to bars and restaurants on Lower Greenville!

Dining area lights cannot turn on. Light switch for the stairs are not working properly. The floor is dirty, so we can’t go barefoot. The hot water take too long to warm up, so had to wasted a lot of water. The electric meter is in the spot that when coming in or backing out can be easily missed and hit our car. Landscape can be better taken care of.

Very supportive & high integrity!

There were a few problems with the house as it is a bit older, but they we’re taken care of immediately. Everything was clean & photos were accurate. I was most impressed with the integrity of the cleaners & management, as I left a diamond anniversary ring there, which they found & sent to me! Thank you so very much!

Great Location with Some Quirks

Overall, we had a great stay. Pros: *Great location in the DFW area. *Easy check in. *Well cleaned *Plenty of space in the house with nice amnesties. (Ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade cabinet, etc). *Quick responses from host on questions or issues. *Nice, if small, outside area. *Two-car garage for parking off the street. Cons: *All the towels in the bathrooms were clean, but damp. I am guessing the cleaning company ran out of time to dry them fully and it was weird to find. *The warning about noise monitors in the listing made it feel like we were being listened to the whole time. *The earliest check in available was only for an hour early and cost an additional $50. Additional thoughts: We did not use the kitchen too much but it was stocked well enough for us. One warning about booking, the payments utilize a property management company and the second payment is done outside the Vrbo site. Support confirmed for me that this was expected but I advise double-checking the costs carefully. We had an additional tax charge for a bit over $80 that was not in the original Vrbo total and I did not notice until after our stay. One of our group forgot their shoes when we checked out and the host did a good job providing an opportunity to pick them back up. Conclusion: All things considered, we had a good stay and would stay again.

Very nice house some bumps in the floor over 2 inches high. Drain in master bathroom was clogged.

Some minor maintenance issues and would restay only if slow drain in master bath and first floor flooring was fixed. Overall 9.2 out of 10.
