They had to switch me three times when I first checked in due to the rooms, not being stable there was water leakage, and the tub was clogged. TV wasn’t working.

The staff was super nice on arrival! The two guys were so friendly and helpful! My wife loved the Christmas decorations and the cleanliness of room, I found one bad spot on the bedroom carpet which was kinda hard and stiff. Oh the comp. breakfast we both enjoyed only was it was available until 10am. Hotel is close to a mall as well!

The worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Both TVs broken. Wrinkled, unchanged bedsheets. Dirt and stains all over the place. But worst of all the shower was cold. This was so unacceptable to me that I tried to get Cheaptickets to refund me so I could move hotels. They didn’t get back to me until after my 2 day stay was over. Don’t use this hotel or cheaptickets.

Both TVs in the room didn’t work. Neither did the remotes.
Wrinkled bedsheets obviously not changed.
Tape to cover a hole in the carpet.
