Room was clean, there was plenty of space, breakfast has different options and was good enough, and our daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub area (which was also spacious and not many people). Would have liked Housekeeping to come empty trash and refresh towels, though. We went down to the front desk for new towels and left our trash bags outside the door (they took it but didn't give new bags).

This hotel needs a major overall deep cleaning. It’s clearly outdated, but it’s also not kept up. The indoor pool was disgusting from algae on the sidewalk, the hot tub water was almost black. There were black mold all over the walls. It stunk to high heavens and that’s over the very strong chlorine smell. The hallways reeked of mold or mildew or something. The bathtub was not cleaned. It looked like there was cat hair in it as well as it was rusted (or I hope it was rust) shower nozzle was stuck on beat you to death mode and the water didn’t stay very warm for very long. Not to mention the massive hairballs that we found throughout the room. We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 children. When asked for an extra pillow for the couch for the third child we were told the bedding you have in the room is all we have. There was no microwave in our room so we went down to use the microwave in the breakfast area and the light was turned off on us in the middle of heating up food. Overall a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very dirty, I had to clean it to stay there. The mirrors were dirty, the bathroom wall had sh-t on it, it looked like someone threw up in the living area down the wall, lamps had food stuff on them. Surface areas were dirty, i had to borrow and vacuum the room.

The only thing that made our stay great was the front desk manager Lisa she was extremely helpful with everything from giving us utensils to sharing valuable information about our surroundings. She really was sweet and went above and beyond, she is definitely a keeper.

The room was very dirty. There were pieces of trash that weren't picked up and questionable liquids on one of the mirrors. The couch was incredibly disgusting and my white socks turned black after my stay there. Would not come back.
