It was a good experience overall, but at first, the hostess wasn't going to let me check-in. Because I have a different alias name that I paid for by the government. We had two rooms. The AC was broken in one the first night and they did fix it. The second room leaked from the AC overnight. The next day one room had to relocate due to a leak in the ceiling, the new room had a broken AC. The staff did their best and was helpful, but it was disappointing.
