Front desk staff was courteous, the place had that overpowering cheap air-freshener smell. Room was spacious but lacked power outlets and table to lay our suitcase. Very limited toiletries: hairdryer, 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (no hand towels), 1 bath rug, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers. We had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper during our stay. Hot water took a long time to come out and lasted very little. Sliding door did not lock, but we where ok since we where on the 3rd floor. We liked the balcony.

The room was big and comfortable, and when we arrived it had a strong smell of air freshener. The only problem we had was that we didn't have hot water, apparently there was a problem with something.
