I was charged an additional fee after my stay. I was told it was for parking that I already paid for. There’s a locked gate that needs payment to leave the parking garage. I paid at the parking garage every night during my stay only to find out “I was supposed to show proof of payment to the hotel staff”. I was never informed of this policy and when I tried to resolve the issues management never called me back. Please be weary of unexpected fraudulent charges if you book with this property!

Everything was fast and efficient. The hotel is near to activities but still feels like a small unique hotel. It was quiet and we enjoyed looking out and seeing trees. The lobster omelet is outstanding for breakfast. My only dislike--- that super heavy , one-piece duvet on the bed.

This would’ve been the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Everything was fine. Even the check-in was great. However the next morning early the noise outside of the machine pump in the lake was absolutely over the top the loudest and the most annoying thing I’ve ever been through at staying at any hotel unfortunately it ruined my stay and I cannot recommend this Hotel as the front desk should’ve been more aware that this would’ve been a problem as my room was directly in front of the pump.
