East Coast Vacation Packages

We had a wonderful stay at Finest Punta Cana and enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation an extra night! The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Day and night, we saw staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools were spotless, and we even noticed the water being checked daily. The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed Insieme Italian, The Market Kitchen buffet, Surf & Turf, the amazing Tomahawk steak at Dommo, and the lobster and lunch at Duke’s. The staff truly made our vacation special. Dihianna at The Market Kitchen deserves special recognition from management. She was incredibly attentive, warm, charismatic, and provided exceptional service. Ronny at the Excellence Club bar was also outstanding—amazing cocktails, excellent service, and always friendly. He deserves recognition as well! Special thanks also to Humberto and Jairon at the pool bar for their great cocktails and friendly service, Noelany at Excellence Club reception for being so attentive, and Carlos, who welcomed us with his wonderful outgoing personality. The only downside was the beach, which had strong waves and seaweed, although the staff worked constantly to keep it clean. We also had some confusion when extending our reservation, so communication between reservations and the front desk could improve. Overall, an excellent experience. We would definitely return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, the food was consistently excellent, and the level of service was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, which made the entire experience feel polished and genuinely luxurious. There was a significant amount of sargassum during our visit, but the hotel team worked tirelessly every day to keep the beach as clean and enjoyable as possible. Their effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, this was a wonderful luxury experience with excellent dining, impressive service, and a team that clearly takes pride in the property. We would absolutely return.

I like to leave reviews, but never look forward to leaving a bad review. The best thing about this trip and the resort was hands down the staff. Those guys were all great and helpful. The swimup bar was nice and the grounds kept in good shape. The biggest issue for me was the room. We chose to stay at Macao as I thouhgt it was the "grown and sexy" RIU spot to stay. While it was deff for the grown crowd, the room was not properly cleaned and worst of all, I saw roaches! On the first day I saw one in the bathroom, killed it and moved on. Didnt think much about it, but that got my internal alarms going. That first day I was barely in the room as I checked in around 3pm and was out and about. The next morning i noticed some small pieces of trash on different spots on the floor, as the floor was swept before I checked in.. I noticed stains on the sheets. So I said, I will just have them come in a clean the room, and all we be fine. They came and cleaned, but the same trash remained on the floor and the stained sheets were replaced with more stained sheeets. The shower floor was not that great either. My last night there, I saw another roach and that pissed me OFF! I was over it all and ready to get the hell outh of there. I've been to DR plenty of times and the RIU as well in different countries. To keep it easy for you all. Do not choose to stay at Macao or any other RIU if you can hlep it. Staff was awesome though.
