The staff was great. The food was tasty. Get the Elite package. Comes with room service and full bar in the room. Exclusive bars all included. We are definitely going again. Its a real good vibe. Trip was EPIC.

The staff is what makes this property so special. Especially, Jose-Rafael (steakhouse waiter), Ezequiel (Japanese restaurant waiter), Emmanuel Quezada (restaurant supervisor), Vanessa (restaurant hostess), Reyes (busser). I would add more names but am limited because of the space. The staff is incredible and they all deserve a raise. We plan on going back, hopefully next year. The food was excellent and the ambiance. The hotel was impeccable. I feel sad when people make bad reviews about your property. We have traveled many places around the world and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The property is beautiful and has a lot of glamour rooms are wonderful and spa was amazing. Traveling here at their peak season not a great idea due to shuttle service being limited around the resort and overcrowded. Restaurants can’t accommodate you because they are booked up, places running out of certain foods. Food was just ok and entertainment was not great. Waterpark was really great kids had wonderful time but other than that most other kid activities you had to pay they are not expensive though.

Loved everything about this resort. Only complaint was that neither of the hot tubs on our end of the resort worked all week. We told staff but they never got fixed. Otherwise, we loved it and will definitely be back!
