The staff was so over the top friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations as well as checked us in to our hotel room early. The location is convenient to the shops and tourist attractions, as well as the river. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and remarkable.
The restaurants in the hotel were wonderful with the staff also remarkable.

Great location, very walkable, good breakfast included. Parking was expensive. There was a shortage of towels during our visit so that was frustrating and odd.

Great location. Hotel is very dated, but clean & quiet. Price seems very high for the room quality but location makes up for that I suppose.
