I think you should be honest about the property. It is adorable! It is in a great location for walking downtown. BUT, the traffic noise from the highway and the rats out back are a hard NO for some people! It is a niche place, find the right people for the property.

This was an amazing 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It has a nice open kitchen/living room with plenty of space. Very close to High street and the Short North. It was a ten minute walk to the Convention center. The free parking is street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the property. We were lucky to get a spot in front but I could see having an issue depending on time of day. There is noise from the freeway but that is going to happen anywhere in that neighborhood.

Nice stay. A couple dusty vents but everything else was very clean. Not many decorations but the few that were there fit a simple aesthetic. Only 1 of the batteries for the fan/light remotes was working so I had to switch back and fourth.

This property worked great for what we needed. The only thing you'll want to be on the lookout for is public parking on the street for this property can be tough. Recommend a smaller vehicle or get there closer to check in time. We got there around 830pm and have a large suburban, so it was tough parallel parking that vehicle, but we got lucky with the last spot lol. Host was very easy to reach and kind.

An absolutely outstanding place to stay. It is just over half a mile walk to the Columbus Convention Center. This is a true Diamond in the rough find. I highly recommend this if you're needing to go to the Convention Center. Parking was street only, but I was able to stay there w/o issue all weekend. Place is new, clean, super well prepared, and seemingly well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Columbus.
