My son's favorite hotel

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly, except for one night shift desk receptionist. Room was clean except for the couch hideaway. The mattress was gross and stuck to the foldable frame.

We paid for the breakfast and it wasn't on our itinerary. Room was wrong, they didnt evenboffer to change rooms or offer anything i spent 200 for a room that notmally would cost 100. And NO accommodations made. Even thiugh the policy says differently. And posted all over the facility.
