The room was clean. The amenities nice. The location good for our trip. I will say when my husband called to see if housekeeping found his glasses, no one called him back after multiple messages on different days. A simple call back to say no wouldn't have hurt anyone.

Outstanding place to stay. Very clean every where. Staff is super Outstanding, can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. I always stay here during pets trip to osu hospital. I would rate them a 10 star if i could. Rooms are very nice and again very, very clean and comfortable. The room was clean, but all the furniture in our room and lobby was old and worn out. We saw a huge brown and black bug, maybe a water bug in the dining room so we ate breakfast elsewhere. I would not stay at this hotel again.
