I love staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing, to start. It's so conveniently located near the North Market and the convention center, which makes it ideal when I come for conventions. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast has a nice variety of options to it.

Clifford at the front desk deserves a raise. What a fantastic representative for the organization. Personable, funny, and cares. Wants to be sure each and every customer feels welcome. Price for parking was a bit ridiculous. $42 to park. Please!

The room and staff was great. The complaints i have was the parking. I have no clue i had to pay $42 to park my car and my room was facing a church where the bells and music would go off every hour and it was noisy. It wasnt a quite stay for me.
