Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff and managers all friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Areas inside building are all clean and freshly painted and good. First impression of outside of building is could use power washed or paint, but really not a big deal. Our stay was for 7 days for NAIA softball World Series and we were happy there. Would stay again and recommend it.

I don’t normally write reviews but this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The moment you enter the room, it smelled like rotten milk or something. There was molding growing from the ceiling. The floor was so dirty that every step you took your shoes were sticking to it. The pullout sofa bed, omg looks like something happened there. The bed had rips and stains. There was barely any cushion. It was flat. I don’t think the sheets or comforters were even clean. Then in the middle of the night around 3am, there was a loud banging noise outside. Scared me to the point of me not sleeping for the rest of the night. Overall, it’s just not a pleasant stay. They need to renovate their rooms. It really was disgusting. The first day we got there I wanted out.

Clean room great staff and indoor pool was amazing 😍 will most definitely stay again. And I would recommend the Clarion pointe to any one look for comfortable stay . Great food places around not far at all and it's in a very great location. I would give them 20 stars if I could.
