Room had not been cleaned AT ALL. Hair on towels that were refolded; pubic hair on sheets; non-operable shower; floprs not vaccuumed or mopped; blood or other bodily fluid stains on walls and doors. Broken cabinetry in kitchen.Manager checked in my guests and was not welcoming. I was horrifies to learn that this was my guests' experience. I want a full refund amd will be requestong same from hotel, following email to manager, with all photo evidence of unsanitary conditions.

This experience was nightmarish. Got into town late are booking this hotel. Paid in full thru app. Upon arrival found out hotel has no after hours check in (12:35AM). Called number on hotel door got some chick on the phone having a house party who told me contact hotels for a resolution andThat I would need to find a new place to stay. Hotels.com as well as myself and corporate for Extended Stay America have made several attempts to contact the hotel for a refund since I didn’t stay there a nobody ever answers the phone. I was charged almost $200 for a stay that never occurred and I honestly feel robbed

There were cockroaches in the room, the room was rundown. The staff tried to offer me to stay in another room, but it's clear that upper management doesn't care about the property, and they are fighting me on a full refund. Stay away from this place!!!

The staff was not the best customer service representatives for any business. One of the staff members just provided someone with access to my room without verification or questions just gave them a key. I thank God nothing bad come of it but the principle of the matter. Few repairs was unfinished and no rush to complete them.
