Looks good in the photos, but not a good value. Good location to see the local sites, great views and a large home that sleeps 14, but not well equipped and grossly overpriced. In an eclectic neighborhood with a mix of nice and run-down homes. Nice looking but uncomfortable furniture. Pillows suitable for Motel 6. Unusable hot tub due to over-chlorination. Impersonal, poor service by corporate property manager Renjoy. It appears to be a personal home that no one lives in, and that Renjoy has lightly decorated and lightly equipped to look good in photos. Practically, it was not comfortable and was a big let down. For example, we hosted one other family for a dinner but couldn't even seat everyone at the dining table, because it is small and only seats 6 people, though the house sleeps 14. For another, there's a Keurig and even Keurig pods, but the Keurig didn't work. Renjoy sent a bunch of automated texts asking how we're doing but when I actually sent in a question about using the hot tub, there was no response so we missed one of the two days we could have used it. When we did get the hot tub open, it had so much chlorine in it, the water was cloudy and we got out immediately as our noses burned! So, this home promises a lot but is poorly equipped and poorly managed. Will not return.
Neighborhood is a mix of nice and falling-down homes.
Furniture looks nice in photos but not practical: for example uncomfortable couches, dining table for only 6 of your guests.
There is a hot tub and the views are nice.
Hot tub water was cloudy and gross.

Wonderful Memory Maker!

Our family had a wonderful time at Highland estate. It is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. The house is very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay including state of the art appliances. The bedrooms are all very spacious with their own bathrooms and the bunkbed room was a hit with the children. Everything was perfect for making memories.

Gorgeous View

If one enjoys a beautiful view, this is the property. Sunrise on the mountains, gorgeous. The house itself offered something for all. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Property location very convenient to all tourist amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Fun

Highland Heights was such a fun stay. Beautiful property with amazing views. We had lots of little kids and they had so much in the bunk room and hot tub. Very enjoyable stay. Additionally the host was very responsive when we had a problem late one night with the hot tub. Figured out the problem and the next morning was up and running again. Great team taking care of that place

Property is AMAZING

This property is top notch. The best VRBO I've stayed at. Kitchen has everything in order, which is usually uncommon, Grill was in excellent shape we had no suggestions for improvement. Clean, comfortable and beautiful views.

Perfect for the brides friends and family

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Our daughter’s wedding was at Garden of the Gods and this was the perfect host home for before and after the festivities. Our only issue was with the accuracy of the listing, which we tried to clarify with the management company several times prior to arrival, but were given inaccurate information. The listing says 5 full baths and there are only 4, bedding and bedroom locations were not as listed. This caused couples who did not know each other well to have to share bathrooms. Listing says sleeps 14 but it will only sleep 8 adults comfortably. Having said all of that, we would stay here again without hesitation!

Spectacular

Our stay was excellent, the view of the Rocky’s was immaculate from the patio area. The house is beautiful and everything we needed was there. Although there were some minor things that needed to be addressed, communication was great and rather quick. The mattresses seemed like they had seen better days, all of the adults had the same “complaint” but wasn’t a deal breaker. We’d definitely stay again!

Awesome place

Overall, our stay was great. The only minor issue we had were the floors and other surfaces were pretty dusty. Other than that, the house is very nice. Great views, comfy furniture. We would stay again.

Highland Heights 2024

Excellent communication with management with easy check in and check out. The property is beautiful with 360 degree views of Colorado Springs and especially Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Easy access to shopping, freeway, and local sights. Cleanliness of the living areas was an issue. This needs addressing. A great location for our family reunion.

Beautiful view and ideal space!

The views from this home were absolutely beautiful! We loved eating our meals on the back porch and having the mountains as our backdrop while we were sitting in the living room. We enjoyed all of the common spaces and having lots of options for meeting together or spreading out. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would gladly stay in this space again in the future!

Stunning views of Pikes Peak in a Beautiful Home

Our family all gathered for a wonderful week in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in this home. It is very spacious and everything was available for our comfort. Renjoy staff were very responsive and helpful with a couple of issues we encountered. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and our stay was thoroughly relaxing. The breathtaking views of Pikes Peak from the expansive windows in the Great Room beckoned us to come out and explore the beauty of Colorado Springs everyday. This home is a treasure.

The house was amazing! Close proximity to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Air Force Academy , Cheyenne zoo and the Broadmoor Seven Hills! We were lucky enough to be there over Fourth of July…amazing views of fireworks over the city

Simply Amazing

This property was amazing from start to finish. Huge home with massive amount of space and loved that most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Views were spectacular, sitting in the living room in front of the fireplace looking at Pike's Peak. Hosts were great as well, checking in with us via text to see if we needed anything and were extremely responsive. If we are ever back in Colorado Spring with a large group, we'll definitely look for this property again.

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing mountain views

This home is absolutely gorgeous with all state-of the art appliances and amenities. There are beautiful mountain view from virtually every room of the house and the outside areas. Property manager was very responsive, kind, and resolved every question and query within minutes.
