My stay

Sigrid is a very welcome addition to her beautiful, cozy, and comfy cottage! What a delight this place is! She even brought me some homemade banana bread! What a wonderful place of respite! I will definitely be returning to this 'tuck away' treasure!

Clean, quiet, and truly cozy!

The cottage was lovely. Very private, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Lots of natural light. The host has posted friendly notes throughout the space that are actually helpful, from labels on the light switches to tips on using the coffee maker to hints on how to best adjust the shower temperature. I was very comfortable and really enjoyed my stay.And I absolutely ADORED the cats on the fence boards!

Loved the vibe!

The place was easy to find. The hello kitty fence pickets were cute! My visit was short but I would definitely stay here again! The host was really helpful and communicated promptly! Loved my visit here!

Cute place!

A really nice place to stay! Close to everything we needed while we were there. I really appreciated little notes around the place to help! It was also nice that there were puzzles and information on things to do in the area! Would recommend staying here!

This cute little place is quiet and cozy. Hidden in plain sight and central to so much the area has to offer. The Host was so helpful and friendly. I will choose this cute little place everytime I visit the colorado springs area.

Perfect location for our getaway

We absolutely loved our visit! The cottage had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. Everything was clean, organized, and exceptionally well labeled. There were reading materials we were able to use as we planned out excursions. It was our first time staying in the area so it was nice having easy parking and a central location. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We especially loved exploring the Cheyanne Canyon. I would definitely recommend this cute little cottage to anyone!

Great little find

We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights. The space is clean, private and well equipped. Location is very convenient - close to town but nice and quiet at night with ample parking space. Communication was excellent from start to finish, check in / out were simple with security code provided rather than a key which was really great! Enjoyed our chat with Sigrid and she was always available if needed. The air conditioning is fab and was greatly appreciated with the super warm weather during our stay. Thanks Sigrid!

Gem of Colorado Springs!

My sister and I couldn’t be happier with our stay! Sigrid was an excellent host - great communication, and the guest house was even better than described! Her rates are more than fair and the cleanliness and charm of her guest house made our trip so memorable! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! Ice cold AC too :) Everything was impeccably clean and the patio area was lovely to enjoy in the evenings. Location was convenient as well! As two females traveling, we felt completely safe and secure staying here. My sister and I will definitely be returning in the future! Book a stay with Sigrid - you will not regret it!

Wonderful Location and Exemplary Manager

The cottage quite well-maintained and homely, making for a delightful retreat after a long day's vacationing. The garden outside was luscious and tranquil. The location was a perfect blend of privacy and convenience due to its proximity to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and the nearby highway. Sigrid, the property manager, was saintly! She provided guides for nearby trails, restaurants, and other attractions; and she herself offered to provide suggestions for any hiking expeditions or other outdoor activities since she had quite some experience. She was an extremely hospital and accommodating, and she cares very much about ensuring her guests are able to make the most out of their stay in Colorado! We could not have asked for a better host! Overall, we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend Sigrid and the cottage enough!

We loved our stay! The cottage is quiet, comfortable and appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The bed is comfy and the shower is hot!! It’s close to the downtown area with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The owner who lives in the front house is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Don’t hesitate to stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Quaint and Private Cottage

Very accommodating. Host leaves many details about the cottage which is helpful. Takes all the guess work out if figuring things out. Visited with my son and best friend so I'm familiar with Colorado Springs but host has good recommendations. You'll be happy with the place!

Cute and Cozy Stay!

Really enjoyed the cottage, came with two of my friends and it’s was perfect (two of us in the bed one on the couch). There’s a small and convenient porch/backyard area as well. Sigrid is friendly, communicates effectively and timely, and knows a lot about the area. Location is close to the downtown area and there are many bus stops near by to get to anywhere you’d like in the Colorado Springs area. Highly recommend staying here!

Cutest Cottage!

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this cute and cozy cottage! Sigrid was wonderful! She truly has put so much thought and care into the place. From her detailed instructions, to the little notes around the cottage, to her input on things to do and places to eat... she has thought about everything. The location was perfect for us too. We were never more than 10 minutes away from any place we wanted/needed to go. Anyone who is looking for a nice, cozy cottage for 2 in Colorado Springs should definitely book this lovely little place. (My husband jokingly wanted to give it 4 stars because he didn't get to see the cat while we were there lol)
